3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your viwin96 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. viwin96 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 viwin96 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account without prior notice, at its absolute discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the viwin96 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The accepted payment methods include FPX banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect), DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and are published in the cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 Deposits credited to a viwin96 account represent funds available for wagering. viwin96 does not pay interest on account balances. Funds deposited to the Platform may not be treated as a savings or investment vehicle.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. viwin96 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds thresholds established for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

5.1 All bets placed on the viwin96 Sportsbook and Casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport, or event. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 A bet is deemed accepted and binding only when confirmed by the viwin96 system and a bet reference number is issued. viwin96 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred, provided that such voiding is communicated to the affected Member promptly and the staked amount is returned to the Member's account.

Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (also called rollover requirements), time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds restrictions. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Bonuses are issued in good faith as an incentive for genuine recreational play. viwin96 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets using bonus funds to minimise risk ("hedging"); exploiting pricing errors; or any coordinated activity with other Members to manipulate bonus mechanics.
6.3 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Where a withdrawal request is submitted before wagering requirements are met, viwin96 may either decline the withdrawal until requirements are satisfied or, at its discretion, process the withdrawal after deducting the bonus amount and any associated winnings from the withdrawal sum.
6.4 viwin96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already incurred by Members prior to the modification.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the viwin96 Platform. Members found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited, and any winnings voided:

8.2 Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting viwin96 customer support. Any remaining balance, net of any bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements, will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.
8.3 Members who have self-excluded through viwin96's Responsible Gaming tools may not circumvent the self-exclusion period by opening a new account or using a third party's account. Discovery of such circumvention will result in permanent account closure without return of funds wagered during the exclusion period.
9.1 All content on the viwin96 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the proprietary property of viwin96 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No right, title, or interest in any Platform content is transferred to Members by virtue of this licence or otherwise.
9.3 Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of viwin96 Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal liability.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viwin96 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the viwin96 Platform.
10.2 viwin96's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
10.3 viwin96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. viwin96 is not liable for any losses suffered as a result of technical failures, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond viwin96's reasonable control including telecommunications outages, ISP disruptions, or force majeure events.
